Greetings!
If you don’t like change, this is definitely not the place for you.
Last week chilly to the point that the “S” word was mentioned, today it feels like August. That is, August with a typhoon. Crazy windy out there. But what hasn’t changed (or shouldn’t have - let me know if otherwise) is that we will be offering some tasty specials this weekend for you to enjoy. Craig will be preparing a special appetizer involving Halibut Cheeks, Wild Scottish Salmon, the ever so popular Jumbo Sea Scallops, and a 12oz. Certified Angus Beef Delmonico Steak. Come join us and enjoy some good food wine and company this weekend!
My wine features include the Cabernet from Joel Gott, the excellent Locations “E” from Dave Phinney, the also very excellent Pinot Noir from Oregon called Expressions 44, and the GSM red blend, Cashmire, and the Zinfandel from Lodi, Klinker Brick. I have a very good Sangiovese waiting for room on the sideline, and trust me, this weekend I will roll out the Rally Blend Ale from Great Lakes (I think the Tribe needs it). There is also available but not on our list the very good Grenache, Fittings, which is from France and also made by Dave Phinney. Remember that red wine is good for you, in moderation at least, and I am sure that we have a wine that will work for you.
Thanks to all of you who signed up for our Italian Wine Dinner next Sunday. As of this writing we still have a few tables left, so call if you are interested at the restaurant (440-933-3380). It will be a good time.
Thanks for all your support, regardless what Mother Nature throws at us. We look forward to seeing you soon.

Ciao
