That warm day earlier this week sure was nice, non? What happened….a little consistency would be appreciated. Well, we at Fratello’s try to be a bit more consistent, at least in terms of quality food, wine, assorted beverages and service. We have been working at it for over 22 years now, and I think we are starting to get the hang of it. Like this weekend, when we will be featuring Smoked Duck, Certified Angus Beef Texas Sirloin, Jumbo Sea Scallops and North Atlantic Halibut. We’d love to see you, so consider joining us.
As far as vino goes, we are still offering an Inventory Reduction Sale to clear the deck a little bit and make room for some new offerings. This seems to be the time of year that a number of wine distributors have their wine shows, which in my effort to provide you with excellent wine I have been dutifully attending. Two of the wines on our feature board, the red wine from the Douro region of Portugal, Assobio, and the red blend from Chile, 1234, are nearly gone, but I have another red from Portugal, this time from an area nearer to Lisbon, a red blend from California and an excellent Pinot Noir from Sonoma awaiting their turn. I am confident that we have a wine that you will enjoy.
It is still a bit on the cool side, but it is getting better, and the longer days and sun in the sky give us a hint of what’s to come. Thanks for all your support, we hope you are well, and we look forward to seeing you soon.
