Another beautiful day, non? One could get used to this weather. I mean, don’t days like this just scream heading out to enjoy the sun & temps, enjoying some fine food & wine in a local Italian restaurant? Well, it does for me. And I even have a restaurant in mind to enjoy said food & wine. (Surprise, surprise!!) This weekend at Fratello’s we will be featuring Pork Tenderloin, Mako Shark and Jumbo Sea Scallops, and as with every weekend, we will also be featuring Veal & Shrimp & Eggplant & Calamari & Clams & Mussels & Pasta & Chicken & ……………We’d love to see ya’!
As for wine, I want to again remind you that we are hosting an Italian Wine Dinner on Sunday, October 11th, starting at 6:00 in the evening. We are working with Claudio Salvadore from the Speciality Wine Company and we will featuring wines from Piedmont, including Barbera d’Alba, Nebbiolo, Barbaresco and Barolo from the acclaimed Cannubi vineyard. There will be food courses for each wine, and the cost for the dinner is $80/person, excluding taxes and gratuity. Call – do not email – for a reservation. It has been awhile since our last wine dinner, and they are both fun and informative. We hope you consider joining us.
Thanks for all your support. We hope you are well, and we look forward to seeing you soon.
