Greetings!

I don’t know about you but I am still recovering from yesterday’s feast. But hey, we do have to eat sometime today, and I am sure that we’ll recover by dinnertime this evening. Plus I bet some of you might like a break from the poultry and varied wonderful dishes of Thanksgiving, and even to give your kitchen – and the cooks – a break from preparing another meal today. So let me offer a suggestion, why not join us this weekend, let us do the cooking for you. We did consider Turkey Tetrazzini, but opted instead for Beef Short Ribs, Swordfish, and Atlantic Halibut. If poultry still appeals to you we will have some chicken dishes available, such as Chicken Fratello and Chicken Rollotini and Chicken Parmigiana and Chicken Sovina and…., or maybe Veal Fratello or Veal Saltimbocca….or maybe Shrimp Fratello or Linguini with Clams….or maybe Eggplant Parmigiana or Puttanesca or….you get the idea, I bet we have something here for you to enjoy this evening. Consider joining us, we’d love to see ya!

The various wine distributors that I work with will probably tempt me – or at least I hope so – with delicious wines that we all can enjoy this holiday season, probably after this Thanksgiving weekend (hint, hint you distributors out there).

For right now I continue to run with our Cabernet heavy wine board featuring wine by the bottle and by the glass, including the Napa Cab from Joel Gott, the Washington Cab by Treasure Hunter, and the Italian Cab called Listra. These are all very good but all very different, and it is fun, interesting, and tasty to compare them. As I have often said, there is a lot of juice out there to enjoy, and we have a few that I bet you will work for you.

I hope you and your families and friends all enjoyed your Thanksgiving. Thank you for your continued support, and we hope to see you soon.

Ciao
